
Olmo helps the Pittsfield Suns down the Seacoast Mavericks 7-4

Ryan Olmo knocked in four runs as the Pittsfield Suns (7-6) took home a 7-4 victory over the Seacoast Mavericks (5-10) at Leary Field on Saturday. He singled in the first innings and homered in the fifth inning.
The Seacoast Mavericks' lineup had no answer for River Carbone. Carbone held the Seacoast Mavericks hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one.
A bright spot for the Seacoast Mavericks in the defeat was Ryan Ross, who allowed only one run while striking out five.
Ryan Gendron racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Seacoast Mavericks. He homered in the first inning.
Evan Flood (0-1) took the loss for the Seacoast Mavericks. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
