In the Bristol Blues first game of today's doubleheader against the Pittsfield Suns, the Blues handled the Suns with ease by a score of 7-1.
The Blues were led offensively by a two run home-run by Griffin Garabedian (UCONN). Steve Wallace (Desales) pitched all seven innings, allowing only one run on seven hits to earn the win. Suns losing pitcher was Billy Humes.
The Blues and Suns went at it for game 2 half an hour after the ending of Game 1.
