DAYTONA BEACH, FL. - For the second consecutive night, Dunedin scored four runs in the top of the first and took down the Daytona Tortugas by the final score of 8-4.

Demi Orimoloye stayed hot at the plate and homered for the second consecutive night. With two aboard in the first, Orimoloye smashed a three-run shot over the left field wall to give Dunedin the 3-0 lead. Kacy Clemens followed up with a solo shot to right to give the Blue Jays the early 4-0 lead.

Daytona rallied with four runs of their own in the bottom of the second. Jonathan India kick-started the rally with a walk that was followed by Jose Garcia's two-run homerun. Hendrick Clementina and Drew Mount both singled to put runners at the corners for Mark Kolozsvary. RHP Julian Merryweather uncorked a wild pitch that allowed Clementina to score from third to cut the Blue Jays lead to one. Two batters later, Bruce Yari singled to center to score Mount to tie the score at four all.

The score would stay tied until the top of the sixth when Cullen Large drove in his first run since coming off the Injured List with a double to score Samad Taylor. On the very next pitch, Cal Stevenson scored from third on a wild pitch from righty Diomar Lopez to give Dunedin the 6-4 lead. Chavez Young doubled in Clemens in the seventh and Alejandro Kirk drilled a single to center to score Stevenson to give the Blue Jays the 8-4 lead and eventual win.

RHP Emerson Jimenez notched the win out of the pen, while righty Josh Winckowski registered the save after tossing four scoreless innings out of the pen.

The Blue Jays go for the sweep tomorrow evening in Daytona Beach, FL. The first pitch is set for 5:45 E.T.
