
Blue Angels and Pelicans Soaring High in Softball Game

The Blue Angels will spend the weekend in the air but on Monday, July 14, they'll be grounded at Pelican Park. The Pensacola Pelicans will play host to the Blue Angels Traveling Softball Team on Monday, July 14 at 4:30 p.m. Current and former players as well as Pelicans front office staff, media, government officials, and local celebrities will make up the Pelicans roster, which will take on an undefeated Blue Angels squad.
"This should be a fun and exciting event for everyone. It is a great way to show support for the Blue Angels who have done so much for the Pensacola community," said Pelicans General Manager Talmadge Nunnari. "It is great for the fans as they will get a chance to meet and take pictures with the Blue Angels and their support staff first hand."
After the softball game, fans will have the opportunity to take pictures and receive autographs from the Blue Angels up until the start of the Pelicans game.
