
Manager Beauchamp Suspended Four Games

WICHITA, KS- Wichita Wingnuts manager Kash Beauchamp has been suspended four (4) games for his actions in Wednesday night's game against Sioux Falls, the American Association office announced today.
Beauchamp (pronounced BEE-chum) was ejected in the second inning of the second game of a doubleheader on Wednesday, an eventual 5-2 Wingnuts win. Beauchamp, who was also fined an undisclosed amount, will be eligible to return to the field on Tuesday, July 15th when the Wingnuts open a three-game series in Fort Worth.
The Wingnuts, 4-5 and one game out of first place in the North Division, will host the Canaries again tonight at 7:05 p.m. For tickets call the Wingnuts office at (316) 264-4625.
