Brendan Nichols (6' 3", 280 lbs.) will enter Blizzard training camp with a Midwesterner's mentality as a Cleveland, OH native. Brendan's collegiate career took him to Pennsylvania (Lackawanna College), West Virginia (West Liberty University), and Tennessee (Tusculum University) from 2017-2021.
Nichols spent the 2017 season with the Falcons of Lackawanna College and helped them to a 7-2 record. From there, Brendan would transfer to West Liberty and appear in 21 games for the Hilltoppers from 2018-2021. Nichols accumulated 39.5 tackles, 9 TFLs, 1.5 Sacks, 2 PBUs, and 1 blocked kick over the course of those two seasons. Brendan then spent a season at Division II Tusculum University, where he registered 9 tackles, 1.5 TFLs, and 0.5 Sack for the Pioneers in 2021.
When asked about his mentality coming into camp, Brendan simply said, "Solid soul neva fold!"
