
Blizzard QB Receives IFL Week 2 Honors

GREEN BAY, WI - Green Bay Blizzard Quarterback - Lenorris Footman was named the week 2 offensive player of the week by the IFL. Footman capped of his 104 passing yards, 77 rushing yards and 5 touchdown performance by leading the Blizzard to victory in the 4th quarter over the Nebraska Danger 53-52.
The Green Bay Blizzard (1-1) hit the road for the first time this season as they travel to Des Moines, Iowa to take on long-time rival and reigning IFL Campions - the Iowa Barnstormers.
The Barnstormers are coached by IFL Hall of Famer Dixie Wooten finished week two with a 53- 30 victory over the Quad Cities Steamwheelers. Saturday night March 10th at 7:05pm will be the first home game of the season for the Barnstormers and will feature the hanging of the 2018 championship banner inside the Wells Fargo Arena.
