BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - While the Blaze players are focused on the upcoming playoffs, the front office is excited to look ahead!
Behold, the 2013 Bakersfield Blaze schedule of games.
Among the community favorites, the 2013 schedule will feature eleven "Souvenir Saturday" giveaway nights, ten "Fireworks Friday" extravaganza and ten "Dollar Monday" tilts!
In addition, the 2013 season will mark a bright and shiny twist on Sunday games. There are a full dozen contests scheduled for Sunday, and with an eye on avoiding the hottest hours of the day, the Blaze will begin all twelve at 11 a.m., with a host of special deals for church-goers dropping by the ballpark on their way home.
The staff will continue to come up with a host of new and exciting promotions, as well as revisiting classics from the last few years.
And what of the opposition? Fans of the Blaze will surely become familiar with a two rivals next season, as the Stockton Ports and the Visalia Rawhide plan to visit Sam Lynn Ballpark a combined 23 times.
