The Black Hawks Players of the Week - selected by the team's coaches and staff and posted on waterlooblackhawks.com each Monday - are listed below:

Mulligan's Offensive Player of the Week - Vince Hinostroza

Hinostroza was on the ice for the first three Black Hawks goals of the weekend, scoring one and assisting on two others. He was +1 both nights.

Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week - Eddie Wittchow

Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week honors went to Wittchow for leading the team with a +2 rating. He also contributed a goal Friday.

UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker - Peter Hand

Returning to the lineup after missing two games, Hand delivered a steady effort on the blue line. Hand also helped the Hawks ratchet up their physical play.

Convenient Care Heart of the Week - Max Edson

After a long spell out with injury, Edson scored his first goal since October to seal the win Saturday. He also finished the weekend with a pair of assists and a +2 rating.
