
Bisons Add Mujica, Koplove Promoted to Cleveland

The Cleveland Indians announced that they have optioned RHP Edward Mujica to the Bisons. The move was made to make room for Herd RHP Mike Koplove, who had his contract purchased by the Tribe yesterday.
Mujica, 22, returns to Buffalo after a two-game stint with Cleveland (4.0IP, 4H, 2R, 2ER, BB, 4K). He spent the first month of the season with the Bisons, going 0-0 with a 2.84ERA and six saves (11G, 12.2IP, 8H, 4R, 4ER, 3BB, 14K) before being recalled by the Indians on May 7.
Koplove, 30, has pitched in 17 games for the Bisons, going 2-0 with a 1.00ERA and three saves (18.0IP, 15H, 2R, 2ER, 8BB, 14K).
