Bishop Homers in 7-2 Win over Boise

In the bottom of the first inning, Logan Wyatt hits an RBI single that scores Hunter Bishop to start it off at 1-0.

The next batter, Alex Canario, hit a sacrifice fly to right field that scores Sean Roby and make it 2-0.

In the bottom of the third inning, Bishop hits his first professional home run to right field to make it 3-0 Salem-Keizer.

After Boise makes it 3-2, Canario hits an RBI single that scores Yorlis Rodriguez and an error by the right fielder Trevor Boone scores Simon Whiteman to make it 5-2 Volcanoes.

In the bottom of the seventh, Tyler Fitzagerald hits a bloop single over the head of the shortstop which scores Roby and makes it 6-2.

The next batter, Armani Smith, hits an infield pop fly that falls in the infield grass right next to three Boise Hawks as it will score Canario and make it 7-2 Volcanoes.

The Volcanoes, now 21-12 and a game ahead of the Hillsboro Hops for first in the division, will face off against the Hops once again. It will be Jesus Ozoria on the mound for the Volcanoes.
