
Beavers-Zephyrs Postponed Due To Rain Wednesday's

PORTLAND, Ore. - Wednesday's scheduled game between the Portland Beavers and New Orleans Zephyrs was postponed due to rain and will be made up as part of a doubleheader at PGE Park at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, it was announced today.
Wednesday's Civil War Classic presented by RBC Wealth Management, featuring a game between the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, remains scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at PGE Park tonight.
Thursday's doubleheader between Portland and New Orleans will feature two seven-inning games, with a first pitch of 4:30 p.m. Gates open at 4 p.m.
Tickets for Wednesday's game can be exchanged at the PGE Park box office for tickets to any future regular-season home game in 2010, except for July 4.
The second game of Thursday's doubleheader will be televised live on FSN.
The second game of the twinbill will be broadcast live on Freedom 970-AM, with a tape-delayed broadcast of game one following immediately afterwards.
