
Beavers' Game at Colorado Springs Postponed

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Monday's scheduled game between the Portland Beavers and Colorado Springs Sky Sox has been postponed due to rain and will be made up as part of a doubleheader, Tuesday, June 10 at Sky Sox Stadium.
Tuesday's doubleheader will begin at 5:05 p.m. Pacific, 6:05 p.m. Mountain.
Portland right-hander Dennis Tankersley (3-6, 4.38) will face left-hander Randy Flores (5-3, 3.96) in the first game. The Sky Sox will go with right-hander Chris Gissell (2-0, 3.25) in the second game while Portland's starter has yet to be determined.
Despite the rainout, a special 30-minute Beavers show will be broadcast on KKAD-AM 1550 beginning at 6 p.m. tonight.
