Bears Recall Three From South Carolina

HERSHEY - The 2009 Calder Cup Champion HERSHEY BEARS announced today that forwards Michael Dubuc and Jake Hauswirth, as well as defenseman Dylan Yeo have been recalled from South Carolina (ECHL). The announcements were made today by BEARS President/GM Doug Yingst.

Dubuc, 21, returns to HERSHEY after playing in 38 games for South Carolina this season. He scored 13 goals and picked up 31 points during that span. Dubuc also skated in 16 games for the BEARS in 2009-10, scoring five goals and assisting on three others.

Yeo, 23, also split time between central PA and the Lowcountry in 2009-10. He played in 49 games for the Rays, scoring 14 goals and setting up 16 others. He earned a HERSHEY sweater in four games as well, recording one assist.

Hauswirth, 22, scored 17 goals in 62 games this season for the Stingrays, and played in two Kelly Cup playoff games, recording one assist.

The BEARS, who lead the 2010 East Division Semi-Finals one game to none over the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, host Game Two of the best-of-seven series Friday night at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are available at the Giant Center box office, or by calling (717) 534-3911.
