Hershey Bears News Release

HERSHEY – The HERSHEY BEARS announced this afternoon that tonight's game with the Philadelphia Phantoms has been postponed due to heavy snowfall in central Pennsylvania. The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 2.

Tickets for tonight's game will be honored with the same seat location for the game on Wednesday, February 2.

It's the first postponement of a game in Hershey since March 14, 1993 when a game between the BEARS and the Utica Devils was postponed due to snow. The postponement is the first involving HERSHEY in any location since December 30, 1997 when a game was called between the BEARS and the Syracuse Crunch at Onondaga County War Memorial.

The BEARS are scheduled for a home game Sunday afternoon with the Binghamton Senators at 5:00 p.m.
