Hershey Bears News Release

After a 3-2 win at Norfolk Wednesday night, HERSHEY returns home for the first time in 13 days tonight as the Admirals invade GIANT Center. The BEARS hold the longest current winning streak in the American Hockey League entering play this evening.

Eric Perrin has recorded at least a point in every game during the winning streak. Perrin recorded two goals Wednesday, including the game-winner, as the BEARS edged out Norfolk. Dennis Bonvie, who missed Wednesday's game to be with his wife Kelly for the birth of their first child, is expected to return to the lineup this evening.

Norfolk comes into the game in third place in a tight East Division race after a 6-2 win over the Philadelphia Phantoms Friday night at Norfolk Scope. Only eight points separate second place Binghamton and fifth place HERSHEY in the East as play begins Saturday night, with the Admirals and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in between.

Tickets are still available for tonight's titanic struggle between the Admirals and BEARS. Tonight's game can also be heard on the BEARS radio network, with the game also available worldwide on www.pennlive.com. John Walton calls the play-by-play from GIANT Center beginning at 6:40 p.m.
