Assisting on the play was Trevor Edwards (18) and Gabriel Proulx (19). The Fury would manage to score with 34 seconds left in the third as they pulled their goaltender to gain the extra man advantage, thus forcing the shootout. Scoring for the Beacons were, Jeff Goldie who had two goals (1,2) his first and second as a Beacon and Rico Fatticci (4) his second goal in as many days. Aaron Brand assisted on all three goals (40,41,42) and Shayne Tomlinson (11), Kyle Sheen (1) and Joey Sewell (22) each had one assist. In the shootout Stu Dunn made five saves on five shots to steal the game from the Generals.
