Friday, Apr. 13 Muskegon 4 @ Port Huron 2
Kris Vernarsky picked up the first series lamp-lighter early in the first, before the Fury rallied back in the second, for a tie game at the end of 40 minutes of play. The visitors took their first lead in the final frame, but Scott Wray contributed to even the score. Two tallies from the Watt-Dolyny-Robinson line sealed the deal for the Fury in game one.
Saturday, Apr. 14 Port Huron 1 @ Muskegon 5
Muskegon jumped out to a 1-0 lead, but B.J. Adams retaliated with his first goal of the post-season. After that, the Fury took over, netting four unanswered markers to win their second straight contest. Port Huron heads back to Muskegon on Tuesday for Game 3 and then returns to McMorran to host the Fury in Game 4 on Wednesday.
