Baysox, Rock Cats Postponed

New Britain, Conn. - Tonight's game between the Bowie Baysox and New Britain Rock Cats has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, Aug. 1 at 5:05 p.m.

LHP Brian Matusz (7-0, 1.59 ERA) will start the first game of the doubleheader, he will be followed by RHP Tim Bascom (2-3, 3.48 ERA). New Britain has not announced starting pitchers yet. In accordance with minor league baseball rules, both games will be seven inning contests.
