Tonight's Matchup: The Brandon Wheat Kings head down TC #1 to take on the Winnipeg ICE tonight, the first meeting between these two clubs since Monday, December 27th. Brandon is currently riding a four-game winning streak, and have won back to back games vs the ICE.
Last Time Out: 3-1 W vs Red Deer: Ridly Greig put his team on his back on Tuesday night, scoring twice in the third period to kickstart the comeback win vs the Rebels. Nate Danielson picked up the game winner, while Ethan Kruger stopped 27 saves for his third consecutive victory.

King Krugs: Ethan Kruger has been lights out for the Wheat Kings since December. The Sherwood Park, AB native has not lost in regulation since December 10th and has given up just one goal in his last 120+ minutes of hockey.
Bacon and Greigs: Ridly Greig has been named the BWK Telus Player of the Month for January after recording five goals and ten points in six games in January. In his last three games, the Ottawa Senators prospect has scored three times and added two assists for five points. Greig has been held without a point just four times since November 1st.
Oh Dani Boy: Nate Danielson's game winner on Tuesday night was his third goal in his last three games. The Red Deer, AB native has six points (3G-3A) in his last three games.
Man Down, No Problem: Ridly Greig's shorthanded goal on Tuesday moved Brandon into a tie for first in the WHL with nine.. Edmonton is the only other WHL team with nine shorthanded goals. Last year, Brandon led the WHL with seven. Ridly has scored eight career goals while down a man, second only to Matt Calvert (15).
