CEDAR PARK, TX - Austin Spurs (4-8) two-way Charles Bassey had a career night to lift the Spurs over the Texas Legends (4-7) 131-108.

Texas grabbed the first five points, but Bassey responded with 14 in nine minutes leading the Spurs to a 14-point advantage at the first buzzer. The Legends struggled to score, hitting 35% in the opening half as Austin knocked down 69%. Tyler Dorsey came out of the locker room firing, hitting 4-of-6 and 2-of-3 outside for 11 in the third but Bassey added 12 and the home team found their largest lead of the night (+35). The Spurs were up 33 with nine minutes to play before Todd Withers knocked down three straight triples bringing the Legends within 20. Withers finished with 15 of the team's 29 fourth-quarter points but the home team had stretched the gap too far to breach.
