
Barons set for exhibitions

On Thursday, October 7th at 7:00pm, the Cleveland Barons will host the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks at the Kent State University Ice Arena. It will be the first home pre-season tune-up for the Barons. General admission tickets for the game can be purchased for $5 at the Kent State Ice Arena or by calling 330-672-7820. Following the game, fans are encouraged to participate in a free Post-Game Skate presented by Marc's with the team. Skate rental will be available through the rink. The Kent State University Ice Arena is located on 1 Loop Road in Kent, OH.
On Saturday, October 9th, the Barons will travel to the Columbus area to battle the Mighty Ducks at Chiller North at 7:30pm. Tickets will be available via all TicketMaster outlets, as well as at Chiller North on the day of the game. Cost of admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12-and-under. Chiller North is located on 8144 Highfield Drive, in Lewis Center, OH.
Finally, the exhibition season will conclude on Sunday, October 10th as the Barons host the Rochester Americans at Barons Arena at 4:00pm. Prior to the meeting, the Barons will host the Second Annual Barons Hockey Fest from 12-3:30pm, which is free to all. Tickets for the scrimmage are $5 and can be purchased at Barons Arena on the day of game only. Admission to the game is free for Season Ticket Holders. Barons Arena is located on 5310 Hauserman Road in Parma.
The Barons are set to open the 2004-05 home schedule on Saturday, October 16th at the National City Rink at Gund Arena at 7pm against the Manitoba Moose.
