Oklahoma City Barons News Release

Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons are giving fans a chance to cross one item off of their shopping list for Thanksgiving: the turkey. After the Barons game Friday night against the Chicago Wolves, every fan will have the opportunity to win a turkey.

Following the game, fans will be allowed to come on the ice for their chance to shoot a puck into an empty net. Successful shooters will earn a certificate for an 8 - 10 pound turkey from Schwab Meats. The certificates are redeemable at Schwab Meat Company until November 26.

Fans are reminded of the early faceoff time this Friday of 6:05 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. Barons season seat holders who purchased parking under the Cox Center will need to park at the Santa Fe Garage for this game.

Tickets start as low as $10. The $10 tickets go on sale two hours prior to faceoff at the Cox Convention Center Box Office and are subject to availability.

The Barons are in the midst of an eight-game home stand and are tied for first place with the San Antonio Rampage in the Western Division of the AHL's Western Conference.
