
Barons Face Pensacola in Five-Game Series at Regions Field

Birmingham, AL - The Barons return to Regions Field to begin their fourth homestand of the season on Saturday, May 10th as they take on the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, Double-A Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
The homestand kicks off with an appearance by legendary baseball entertainer Myron Noodleman presented by Red Diamond & Barber's. There will be a pre-game concert from 5:00pm-6:30pm in the Glowble Courtyard featuring the band Stublin Review as part of the Good People Concert Series. Saturday is also Church Night and YP Night at Regions Field. The Barons will give away a free grill from All-South Appliance during the game and following the contest there will be a Boy Scout sleepover on the field.
Every Sunday at Regions Field offers a Salute to Armed Forces as the Barons pay tribute to the men and women of the United State armed forces by wearing special camouflage jerseys courtesy of DRASH and NAPA. In celebration of Mother's Day, the first 1,000 moms in attendance on Sunday will receive a Rose courtesy of Norton's Florist.
Monday's game brings the second Business Person Special start time of the year. With first pitch scheduled for 11:30am, fans came enjoy matinee baseball with a special lunch package including a burger, fries and a drink for just $10. Monday's throughout the 2014 season are YP Mondays at Regions Field.
Tuesday marks the return of 50-cent Hot Dog night to Regions Field as fans can enjoy delicious ballpark Hot Dogs for just 50-cents all night longcourtesy of Kayem, Flowers Baking Co., MINI of Birmingham and CBS 42. Tuesday's throughout the season are Social Media Night's at the ballpark, featuring special promotions and giveaways centered around the Barons' Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Tuesday is also Birmingham Zoo Night at Regions Field.
The homestand concludes Wednesday with a School Day as the Barons take on the Blue Wahoos at 11:00am. Schools and Day Camps are encouraged to spend a fun afternoon watching baseball at Regions Field with special group pricingavailable.
