
Barnstormers Welcome Jeff Earnhardt at Clipper Magazine Stadium

The Lancaster Barnstormers welcome Jeffrey Earnhardt, grandson of the late NASCAR Great Dale Earnhardt Sr. and nephew of current NASCAR star Dale Earnhardt Junior. Jeffrey Earnhardt will appear at Clipper Magazine Stadium on August 15th.
Fans will be able to buy into a private Question and Answer Forum with Jeffrey, hosted by I105 afternoon host Rich Creeger. During this time, fans will be encouraged to ask Jeffrey about his own career in racing.
Jeffrey Earnhardt has a long lineage of racing history. The great grandson of 1956 NASCAR Sportsman Champion Ralph Earnhardt, grandson of 7 time Sprint Cup Champion Dale Earnhardt, nephew of this generations Most Popular Driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. and now Jeffrey intends to make his mark as a fourth generation racer from this legendary family.
Jeffrey began his career racing a silver #33 Yugo 4 cylinder on the dirt tracks of Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, Virginia. With 3 feature wins and a Rookie of the Year at the local track, he had the taste and decided to pursue his dreams. General Motors challenged the youngest Earnhardt during their developmental driver program and he made the final cut. Competing in NASCAR's Camping World East, Camping World Truck Series, Rolex Series and Nationwide Series, Jeffrey enjoyed several top 5 finishes and on the 10th year anniversary of his grandfather's untimely death had a top 10 finish at Daytona.
Jeffrey is looking forward to the 2015 season with new series sponsor Xfinity and the opportunity to build upon his 2014 efforts. There are lots of exciting announcements to be shared in the coming weeks and with Daytona 2015 just months away, we are happy to share them with our incredible fans.
Earnhardt is also the co-host to Nick Sampson on the TV show "The Opener" which airs on the Sportsman Channel.
The Q&A session will begin at 4:30p.m on August 15th. These special tickets are on sale now for $20 at www.lancasterbarnstormers.com or by calling 717-509-HITS.
Regular admission fans will also be able to meet Earnhardt during the game. Autographs and pictures may be obtained.
