Bakersfield Recalls Defenseman Ben Betker from Norfolk

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League (AHL) have recalled defenseman Ben Betker from ECHL affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals.
Betker, 21, has a goal and 13 assists through 39 games as a rookie with the Admirals. A sixth-round pick of the Edmonton Oilers in 2013, the 6-foot-6, 223-pounder from Cranbrook, BC finished a three-year career with the Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League (WHL) last season before turning pro in 2015-16. He recorded 14 goals, 44 assists, and 58 points in 200 career appearances for Everett.
