What: Read to Achieve Back to School with the Wizards and the Mystics Essay
Contest
When: September 8 (Dixon, Page and Hakimzadeh) September 9 (Jamison, Beard and Fletcher and September 10 (Arenas, Dales-Schuman and Cunha)
Event Information: Each student will be picked up from home each day along with two friends. A Wizards and Mystics player will accompany the students to school in a limousine provided by American Eagle Limos. In addition, each winner will receive a backpack full of school supplies.
The contest was open to students entering 7th, 8th or 9th grade during the 2004-05 school year. Students were required to submit an essay on the topic of how teamwork has played a positive role in their lives.
