Ryan Keller and Mike Hoffman both went on to beat Ads net minder Dustin Tokarski in the shootout, but in the end it wasn't enough as Robin Lehner allowed goals on three of four Admirals attempts in the shootout.
Saturday, Jan. 22: Binghamton 4, Manchester 2
Shots: Binghamton 17, Manchester 40
PP: Binghamton 2 for 6, Manchester 0 for 5
Despite only putting 17 shots on goal, the B-Sens cruised to a 4-2 victory over the Monarchs on Saturday. Ryan Keller also scored for the B-Sens, while Mike Hoffman and Corey Locke each earned a pair of assists.

THIS WEEK...
Wednesday, Jan. 26 @ Adirondack Phantoms (Philadelphia Flyers)
The B-Sens travel to Glens Falls for the first time this season to face the Adirondack Phantoms. The Phantoms have faced the B-Sens three times so far in the 2010-11 season, all at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. So far, the Senators are undefeated against the Phantoms and have outscored their East Division opponent 19 to 5. The Phantoms enter the week 13-28-2-3, ranking seventh overall in the division with 31 points. Former B-Sens' captain Denis Hamel ranks second overall on the Phantoms in scoring with 26 points (13 goals, 13 assists) in 32 games played.
Friday, Jan. 28 vs. Hershey Bears (Washington Capitals)
The Hershey Bears return to Binghamton for the final time this season on Friday. The only game remaining between the B-Sens and the defending Calder Cup champions is set for Feb. 12 at the Giant Center in Hershey. Binghamton is currently 2-4-0-0 against the Bears this season; however both wins have come within the friendly confines of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. Hershey enters the week four points ahead of the Senators in the standings as they hold a record of 26-14-1-2, with 55 points and are tied with Charlotte for third place in the East Division.
Saturday, Jan. 29 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (Pittsburgh Penguins)
The B-Sens welcome the top team in the American Hockey League to town Saturday. The Senators are 2-2-0-1 against the Pens so far this season. Dustin Jeffrey, who leads Wilkes-Barre in scoring with 41 points (15 goals, 26 assists) in 37 games, is currently on recall to the Pittsburgh Penguins. Entering the week goaltender Brad Thiessen remains sidelined due to injury, so the B-Sens will likely face John Curry in net. Curry is 16-7-0 in 24 games played with a 2.47 goals-against average and .904 save percentage.
Promotions: Saturday is Public Safety Night! At 4:30 p.m. members of the Binghamton police and fire departments will play a team representing the Wilkes-Barre area police and fire departments in a special "I-81 Battle of the Badges" game. The B-Sens game follows at 7:05 p.m. The Senators will wear special firefighter jerseys, while Wilkes-Barre will sport special police themed jerseys. Stay tuned to www.binghamtonsenators.com this week for more info.
SENS SNIPPETS...
Roman Wick's hat trick on Saturday versus Manchester was his first professional hat trick. The last B-Sens player to score a hat trick on the road was Denis Hamel back on Oct. 27, 2007 (a 4-2 B-Sens win at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton).
Kaspars Daugavins has the longest, currently active point-streak of any B-Sens players. Daugavins has recorded seven points (all assists) in his last six games.
Ryan Keller's power play goal scored against Manchester on Saturday was his 17th career power play goal as a Binghamton Senator. It moved him into a tie for sixth place on the B-Sens list of all-time leaders in power play goals, an honor he currently shares with Josh Langfeld, Brian Pothier and Zack Smith.
Corey Locke notched two power play assists Saturday versus Manchester. Locke leads all B-Sens in power play points. He has scored five goals and added 25 assists, for 30 points when the B-Sens are on the man advantage.
