
Austin Toros Host Around the World Night

Austin, TX March 23, 2011 - The Austin Toros will celebrate diversity during Around the World Night at Cedar Park Center Sunday, March 27 at 5 p.m. Throughout the game against the Idaho Stampede, performance groups including Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu and Bollywood Shake will perform to educate fans on elements of their different cultures. The first 500 fans that arrive at Cedar Park Center will receive Toros trading cards provided by Champion Chevrolet.
In an effort to support the growing need for aid in Japan, the Toros will partner with American Red Cross to gather donations for Japan and the disaster relief fund. Fans who purchase a $7 ticket in the Family section or a $10 ticket in the MVP section, will be donating $2 to the American Red Cross and their aid to Red Cross Japan. This offer is only good the day of the game and tickets can be purchased at the Cedar Park Center box office.
