CEDAR PARK, Texas - Youssou Ndoye (14 points, 12 rebounds) and Orlando Johnson (15 points, 10 rebounds) each recorded a double-double as the Austin Spurs defeated the Los Angeles D-Fenders 112-100 at Cedar Park Center on Thursday night.

Bryce Cotton posted a team-high 21 points in his return to Austin after signing with the Phoenix Suns. Keifer Sykes contributed 18 points, and Deshaun Thomas added 16.

For Los Angeles, Ryan Gomes recorded a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Justin Harper scored a team-high 27 points, followed by Vander Blue's 22 points.

Austin started the game with a 10-4 run, but the first quarter quickly turned into a close one with back-and-forth scoring. Leading their teams in the first, Cotton posted eight points for Austin (16-7), and Gomes contributed eight for Los Angeles (12-13). The quarter saw four ties and ended at 25-25.

Gaining control of the game, Austin took the lead and held onto it for the entire second quarter. They outscored Los Angeles 37-13 and shot 60 percent from the field as they were paced by Orlando Johnson's 15 points. Austin led by as many as 24, ending the half at 62-38.

Los Angeles fought back in the third quarter and outscored Austin 40-31. They were led by Harper's 15 points and Blue's 11 points. Austin remained ahead of Los Angeles for the third and had their largest lead of the game (30) with 10 minutes left in the quarter at 68-38.

Making a comeback in the fourth quarter, Los Angeles went on a 12-0 run and cut Austin's lead to as little as four with six minutes left in the game at 97-93. Despite Los Angeles' effort, Austin was able to maintain the lead for the win.
