Aaron Harrison Assigned to Oklahoma City Blue from Charlotte

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Blue has been assigned guard Aaron Harrison from the Charlotte Hornets, pursuant to the NBA's flexible assignment system, the team announced today. The flexible assignment system allows NBA franchises not affiliated with an NBA D-League team to assign players to an NBA D-League team willing to accept the assigned player.

Harrison (6-6, 210) has seen action in nine games with the Hornets, averaging 0.8 points in 4.3 minutes. In two seasons at Kentucky, Harrison averaged 12.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals in 29.2 minutes.

The rookie is expected to be in uniform when the Blue hosts the Los Angeles D-Fenders on Friday at 7 p.m.
