
Austin Spurs Acquire Quinton Rose

AUSTIN - The Austin Spurs today announced that they have acquired forward Quinton Rose. In a corresponding roster move, Austin has waived Steven Richardson.
Prior to joining the Spurs, Rose appeared in two games for the Valley Suns, averaging 15.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals in 27.6 minutes. The 6-8/185 forward played in 18 games with the Rip City Remix and 9 games with the Delaware Blue Coats last season, averaging 6.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 16.1 minutes. Prior to last season, Rose played two seasons with the Westchester Knicks from 2021-2023 where he appeared in 80 games averaging 8.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 24.8 minutes.
Rose will be available for the Spurs game at Oklahoma City Blue on Friday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. The game will be streamed on the G League App.
