
Austin Spurs Acquire Devon Bookert and Jeff Coby

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Spurs, presented by SWBC, today announced that they have acquired Devon Bookert and Jeff Coby.
Bookert most recently played with USK Praha in the Czech Republic during the 2017-18 season, where he averaged 15.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 26.9 minutes over 24 games. The 6-3 guard played at Florida State from 2012-16, where he held career averages of 8.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 27.2 minutes over 131 games.
Coby last suited up in Spain where he split the 2017-18 season between CB Prat where he averaged 3.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in 12.9 minutes over 11 games, and Cambados Cidade Europea do Vino where he averaged 11.6 points and 9.2 rebounds in 23.4 minutes over 11 games. The 6-8 forward played four years at Columbia from 2013-17 where he held career averages of 5.2 points and 3.9 rebounds in 15 minutes over 108 games.
Both with be available for the Austin Spurs during the FIBA Intercontinental Cup starting on Feb. 15 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
