STIN, TX - Austin Bold FC has partnered with IdealSeat to launch the Fan Intelligence Consumer Platform allowing Bold fans the ability to input their game and experience preferences online for real-time ticket recommendations and for future promotions and offers catered specifically to them. The Bold ticket sales staff is already utilizing the IdealSeat Dashboard to assist fans through the sales process, giving them the latest in ticket recommendations at their fingertips.

The technology is the result of collecting and analyzing millions of data points about the fans, team and Bold Stadium allowing fans explore areas of the stadium that feature sun or shade, family friendly seating, access to unique food or drinks, and seats with other avid fans. The process results in increased revenue for the team, an acceleration sales process, and an improved experience for the fans.
