February 5, 2018 - American Hockey League (AHL) - San Diego Gulls News Release
SAN DIEGO - The Anaheim Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned left wing Mike Liambas to the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim's primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). Liambas, 28 (2/16/89), collected one assist (0-11) with 21 penalty minutes (PIM) in seven games with the Ducks this season. Recalled from San Diego on Nov. 19, Liambas made his Anaheim debut that night vs. Florida and earned his first career NHL point on Nov. 24 vs. Winnipeg.
Signed as a free agent on July 1, 2017, Liambas recorded 2-35 points with 50 PIM in 13 games earlier this season with San Diego. In 270 career AHL games with San Diego, Milwaukee and Rockford, the 5-10, 196-pound forward owns 15-2035 points with 886 PIM.

Selected by Anaheim in the fourth round (115th overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft, Dostie collected 86-137223 points with a +55 rating and 58 PIM in 233 career Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) games with Gatineau and Charlottetown. He has also appeared in 34 career QMJHL Playoff games, earning 14-1428 points with 23 PIM.
