Ams Prepare For DoubleHeader Weekend

Kennewick, WA - The Tri-City Americans today have returned 15-year-old defenseman Jarrett Toll to his AAA Midget club in Maple Ridge, B.C. and 17-year-old right wing Jarrid Dowhay (pronounced: Doe-hay) to the Prince Albert (Saskatchewan) AAA Midget team.

Toll appeared in three games over the weekend and had no points. Dowhay made his WHL debut in Saturday's contest in Spokane and had no points.

AMERICANS PREPARE FOR DOUBLEHEADER WEEKEND

The Americans are preparing for a big Western Conference doubleheader showdown with the Prince George Cougars and Spokane Chiefs in the Three Rivers Coliseum.

This Friday, October 15th the Prince George Cougars make their only visit of the season on Tri-City Herald Family Night presented by KFFX Fox 11. A family of four can attend the game for just $44 with a coupon from this Friday's Herald. Game time is 7:05 pm. Catch all the action on News Talk 870 beginning at 6:45 pm with the Farmers Insurance Warm Up Show.

Saturday, October 16th the archrival Spokane Chiefs make their first of six visits this season to the Coliseum. Every Saturday is Clear Channel Radio Rock the Rink Night presented by McCurley Integrity Dealerships and Tri-Cities Motor Sales at the Pasco Autoplex. Each Saturday during the regular season, three lucky fans get a chance to participate in a puck shoot. The winner each Saturday will qualify for a chance to win a new car on Saturday, March 19th. All youth (3-17) and students (with current valid ASB cards) will be admitted for just $9. Game time is 7:05 pm. Airtime for the Farmers Insurance Warm Up Show is 6:45 pm on News Talk 870.

Single game tickets are on sale daily from 9 am until 6 pm and up through game time on game days at the Three Rivers Coliseum box office, all Tickets West outlets including Red Lion Hotels. Fans can order tickets by phone on game day by calling 1.800.325 SEAT or visit www.ticketswest.com .

Single game ticket prices are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (62 and older), $10 youth (3-17) and students with current ASB cards. Walk up fans will be subject to an additional 25-cent facility fee on each ticket purchase. As an added bonus, parking is free for the first time in club history. NEW RE-ENTRY POLICY FOR THE COLISEUM

The Three Rivers Coliseum has instituted a no re-entry policy for all events. Fans needing to visit their cars during the games must contact security and a member of security will escort them to their automobiles and then will be allowed to return to the building.
