
Amerks to Host Exhibition Game Vs. University of Western Ontario

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans announced today that the Amerks will play a preseason exhibition game against The University of Western Ontario Mustangs at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30 at The Sports Centre at MCC in Rochester.
Tickets to the game will be available for $5 at the door. Free admission will be granted to kids wearing their youth hockey jersey or to any high school or college student with a valid school ID. Doors open at 6 p.m.
The University of Western Ontario is located in London, Ontario (Canada) and is a member of Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS), competing in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference. The Mustangs, who are scheduled to play exhibition games against Notre Dame and Michigan State in October, finished the 2010-11 regular season in first place in the OUA West Division with a record of 20-3-5 before advancing to the CIS semi-finals.
