Americans First Round Playoff Dates Announced for Games 1 & 2

Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, announced today playoff dates for Round 1, Games 1 & 2 at Allen Event Center with the opponent to be determined.
The Americans will host Games 1 & 2 on Tuesday, April 14, and Wednesday, April 15th. Both games will start at 7:05 pm CST. Secure the best seats for Games 1 & 2 NOW at www.ticketmaster.com or call (972) 912-1000. #RockYourRed
The Americans are in their first season in the ECHL. Allen leads the Central Division with a 44-14-6-3 record. The Americans were the first team to clinch a division title this season. Allen won back to back Presidents Cup Championships in the CHL the last two years, so the Americans will look to make it three straight title seasons.
The Americans return home on Friday night to play the Brampton Beast, on Military Night, at Allen Event Center. Join us as we salute our heroes by wearing special Military Jerseys, to be auctioned off after the game. It's also Youth Jersey Night on Friday, with the first 1,500 kids receiving an Allen Americans Youth Jersey, compliments of Choctaw Casino, so get there early when doors open at 6:00 pm. Allen will close out the home portion of the regular season next Thursday and Friday, against Rapid City for Fan Appreciation Week. We will clean out the prize closet with many giveaways on both nights.
