
Alumni Update: Chase Brand

This week's alumni update focuses on former Capitols forward Chase Brand. The Nevis, Minnesota, native spent the 2018-19 season with the Capitols. Brand is currently lacing them up for St. Cloud State University in the NCHC.
Brand recorded 53 points in his one season with the Caps in the 2018-19 season. That included 17 goals and 36 assists on the season and playing in every single game that season.
Since then, Brand has played in 110 games with St. Cloud State becoming a mainstay in the lineup during his freshman season on campus. He recorded twelve points during his freshman season and has added 21 games since. Brand is in his senior season at top five ranked St. Cloud State who has succeeded throughout his time there. During his sophomore season, the Huskies made it to the national championship game.
