Alley Cats remain undefeated
December 5, 2005 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Indiana AlleyCats News Release
Anderson, IN. The ABA Indiana Alley Cats extended their season opening winning streak to nine with a hard fought battle against the visiting Kentucky Colonels before the team's largest crowd of the season at the O.C. Davis Auditorium on the campus of Anderson University. The final score of 112-104 was not indicative of the seesaw, back and forth contest between two strong teams determined to win. Indiana was led by Carl Edwards with 24 points followed by Chandler Thompson's 21 points and 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Michael Elliott chipped in with 15 pionts. Kentucky was led by Martin Brothers with 24 points and 10 rebounds while Josh Mullins had 22 points. For more information, visit www.indyalleycats.com or www.abalive.com.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
