
Nighthawks extend winning streak

Rockville, MD. The ABA Maryland Nighthawks returned to their home court Saturday in winning fashion extending the team's winning streak to six games with a defeat of the Harlem Strong Dogs, 114-94. The win moved the Nighthawks season record to 8-2.
The Nighthawks' guards, Randy "White Chocolate" Gill, Frank "The Sniper" McQueen and Anton "Scrappy" Jenifer combined for 61 points led by Gill's 27. The Nighthawks shot an amazing 54% from the three point line for the game. The very large crowd was treated not only to great basketball, but saw one luck fan make the half court money ball challenge shot to win the $1000 prize!.
