The Allen Americans look for the series win this afternoon when they face the Tulsa Oilers in the series finale. The Americans, behind a 33-save CJ Motte shutout, beat the Oilers in Game 1 on Friday night 5-0. Following today's game, the Americans will return home to open a 3-game series against the Idaho Steelheads beginning next Wednesday.
Last Game:
The Americans third period rally fell a little short on Saturday night. Braylon Shmyr and Zach Pochiro both scored in the third period, but the Tulsa Oilers would hold on for a 4-3 victory. Alex Ranger had the other goal for Allen. Zach Pochiro's goal was his ECHL leading 24th goal of the season.
