Grand Prairie AirHogs News Release

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas --

Saturday night continues to be an unlucky night for the Grand Prairie AirHogs against the weather, as for the second week in a row they had a game postponed, after last weekend's suspended game after three innings in Lincoln. This time, early morning rains soaked QuikTrip Park to an unplayable condition, despite the best efforts of the AirHogs' grounds crew all day.

As a result, the AirHogs' game against the El Paso Diablos has been postponed until Sunday, August 14, with a doubleheader beginning at 4:05 p.m. Per league rules, each game will be seven innings.

The AirHogs also announced that Miller High Life, which was a sponsor of Saturday's Ray Wylie Hubbard concert as part of Veterans Appreciation Night, will also be a headline sponsor of the AirHogs' first playoff home game.

Fans who hold tickets to Saturday's game can exchange them for tickets to Sunday's twinbill, any other regular season remaining home game or the first home playoff game, the date of which has yet to be determined.

All games are available with live, free streaming video on ustream.tv. Individual game tickets are on sale and can be purchased by calling 972-504-9383 or by visiting www.airhogsbaseball.com.
