Captains/RailCats Game Postponed in Gary; Doubleheader Sunday Starts at 1:10 P.M.

Shreveport-Bossier Captains News Release


GARY, In.---The Shreveport-Bossier Captains game against the Gary SouthShore RailCats Saturday, Aug. 13 has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a doubleheader Sunday, Aug. 14 beginning at 1:10 p.m. The second game of the twin bill will begin approximately 30 minutes after the first game.

Shreveport-Bossier throws lefthander Ryan DiPietro (8-4, 4.54) to the mound in the first game against Gary righthander Ryne Reynoso (3-5, 6.23). Captains righty Josh Strawn will start the second game. Both games will be broadcast on UStream at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/shreveport-bossier-captains-baseball.
