Admirals Sign Hobey Baker Finalist Kelleher to AHL Deal

Milwaukee, WI-The Milwaukee Admirals announced today that the team has signed forward Tyler Kelleher to an AHL contract for the remainder of this season and the 2017-18 campaign.

Kelleher recently completed a distinguished four-year career at the University of New Hampshire where he scored at over a point-per-game clip, tallying 167 points on 57 goals and 110 assists in just 153 games. During his senior season with the Wildcats he led finished with 24 goals and 39 assists for 63 points, which was tops on the team and in the Hockey East Conference. In addition, he has been selected as a finalist for this year's Hobey Baker Award, given annual to the Top Collegiate Player.

The Longmeadow, MA native played two season with the US National Developmental Team, tallying 16 goals and 23 assists in 62 games and helped the US win Silver Medals at the World U17 Championships in 2012 and U18 Championships in 2013.

Kelleher will look to make his Admirals debut Friday night when the team hosts the Iowa Wild at 7 pm at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.
