Admirals Recall Defenseman Kevin Lind

NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Admirals announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has recalled defenseman Kevin Lind from ECHL affiliate Utah.

Lind, 22, has seven goals, 11 points, and is minus-8 in 54 games as a rookie for the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL. The Illinois native played four seasons at Notre Dame and recorded seven goals and 22 assists for 29 points in 151 career games for the Fighting Irish. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound defenseman went scoreless in his professional debut for Norfolk at the end of last season. Anaheim's sixth-round selection in 2010 joins the Admirals this week for the first time this season.
