Milwaukee Admirals News Release

After beginning the season on the road, the Ads kick off the home portion of their schedule on Friday night at 7 pm against the Charlotte Checkers at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The team will honor Lieutenant Brian Murphy and Officer Sam Lenda of the Oak Creek Police Department in a special pre-game ceremony. Lieutenant Murphy and Officer Lenda were two of the first responding officers to the tragic Sikh Temple shooting on August 5th when six innocent people lost their lives and four others were severely injured. The heroic actions of these two men saved countless lives, while risking their own on that terrible day.

All fans in attendance will take home a magnet schedule, courtesy of Pick "˜n Save and Old Orchard Juice. In addition, Liverpool's own Familiar Looking Strangers will perform in the east atrium both before and after the game, while the National Anthem will be played by Forest Park Middle School Band of Franklin, WI.
