LAST WEEK: Adirondack opened its best-of-seven first round series against the Muskegon Fury, dropping both games at Walker Arena. The Frostbite find themselves in an 0-2 hole entering game three of the series on Wednesday at the Glens Falls Civic Center.

Friday, April 21 @ Muskegon Fury 5 FROSTBITE 3
Muskegon drew first blood, as Billy Collins opened the scoring 10:12 into the first period. The Frostbite pulled even at the 16:23 mark as Hugo Belanger notched a power-play goal. Adirondack dominated the second period, getting goals from Sylvain Cloutier and Greg Koehler to take a 3-1 lead into the final period. The Fury tied the game early in the final frame, scoring a pair of goals just 12 seconds apart. Robin Bouchard's second goal of the night at 10:56 gave Muskegon the lead for good, and Todd Robinson added an insurance goal at 14:48 to set the final.

Saturday, April 22 @ Muskegon Fury 4 FROSTBITE 2
For the second straight night, the Fury got off to a quick start, out-shooting the Frostbite 8-1 through the opening 20 minutes, and taking a 2-0 lead into the intermission. Sylvain Cloutier tallied a power-play goal 6:42 into the second period to put the Frostbite on the board, but David Wrigley answered for Muskegon at 12:04 to restore the Fury's two-goal advantage. But, Adirondack came right back, as Bob Rapoza put his own rebound past Nick Boucher just 23 seconds after Wrigley's goal to once again cut the deficit to one. A power-play goal from Ryan Keller at 14:44 provided Muskegon with a 4-2 lead after 40 minutes. The Frostbite had six straight power-play opportunities to open the third period, but were unable to take advantage, as they fell behind in the series two games to none.

THIS WEEK'S GAMES
GAME THREE - Wednesday April 26 vs. Muskegon 7:05 p.m.
Come to the civic center early, as the band Skeeter Creek will perform a free concert, sponsored by Froggy 107 and Adirondack Broadcasting, on the plaza starting at 5:30 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the band will perform on Friday starting at 6:00 p.m.

GAME FOUR - Friday, April 28 vs. Muskegon 7:35 p.m.
GAME FIVE - Saturday, April 29 vs. Muskegon 7:35 p.m. (If Necessary)
The Frostbite and Fury return to the Glens Falls Civic Center for the middle three games of the best-of-seven series. Muskegon won the only regular-season meeting between the two teams in Glens Falls, taking home a 3-1 decision on January 8.

FROSTBITE NOTES

- Adirondack enters Wednesday night's game on a seven-game home unbeaten streak (6-0-1). The Frostbite were 12-2-2 in their last 16 regular-season home games.

- The Frostbite are 1-5-1 in their last seven games dating back to the regular season.
- Of the Frostbite's five goals in the first two games of the series, four have been scored in the second period.
- Adirondack's average of 42.50 penalty minutes through two games is the second-most among playoff teams (Motor City - 44.00 minutes per game through three games).

Each broadcast begins 20 minutes prior to face-off with the Frostbite Pre-Game Show. In addition, all Frostbite games are available to watch on a pay-per-view basis in conjunction with B2 Networks.
