
Adam Gibson Earns Spirit Player of the Week

Spirit defenseman Adam Gibson has earned the Saginaw Spirit player of the week honors for the week ending February 1st, 2004. Gibson had two assists during the weekend and contributed significantly to the Spirit power play and penalty kill units.
Gibson is a 19 year old native of Prescott, Ontario, in his fourth season in the OHL. He was the franchise's second round pick in the 2000 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection.
The Saginaw Spirit, Mid-Michigan's Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Franchise plays 34 home games from September to March. The OHL is part of the Canadian Hockey League (CHL), which also includes the Western Hockey League (WHL) and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).
