Aces Sign Former Louisville and Florida State Guard Morgan Jones to Training Camp Contract

Las Vegas, NV - Las Vegas Aces General Manager Natalie Williams announced today that the team has signed former Louisville guard Morgan Jones to a training camp contract.

The Jonesboro, Georgia, native is currently competing for PAOK in the Greek A1 women's league, and is averaging team-highs of 25.3 points and 11.1 rebounds a game for her 5-7 team (as of 1/25/24).

In 2022-23, Jones started 23 of 38 games and averaged 8.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, while shooting 50.9 percent from the field as a graduate student at Louisville. The Cardinals finished with a 26-12 record and advanced to the 2023 NCAA Tournament Elite Eight.

She spent the first four years of her collegiate career at Florida State, where she was a two-time (2021, 2022) WBCA All-America honorable mention and All-ACC first team selection. She helped FSU earn berths to three NCAA Tournaments held during her time (2020 was cancelled because of COVID) in Tallahassee, as well as the 2020 ACC Tournament championship game.
